Booking Code is mandatory and must be unique. Total Pax fills itself from Adult + Child + Infant. Booking Status is OK unless the report says otherwise — a CANCELLED booking opens locked so it cannot be reconfirmed. Press Save booking to save — the Enter key will not submit the form.
Booking code searches Booking Code, Hotel Reference No., HCN and Supplier reference together. All filters are optional. Click any result row to open and edit that booking. Cancelled bookings are shown in red and open read-only.
Upload the report exactly as it downloads (.xlsx) — the columns are mapped onto the database automatically and column order does not matter. Rows are added, nothing is deleted. Download the blank template + mapping sheet.
